The Problem: How do you make Healthcare Advertising cool? And recruit up and coming new talent that normally would go to consumer.
The Answer: Create a campaign that shows just how down to earth, creative, and fun we really are. Up our social game, create swag— and then build a website that answers all the questions soon to be advertising graduates have about healthcare advertising.
The Tactics: Swag, career cards, stickers, social, website, BB branded portfolio reviews, school visits, and us.
Background: I birthed BB my junior year at FCB Health. Rich Levy (my Boss) asked me “how do we get more of you?” I said simple, “we need to be everywhere—especially on social.” BB started off as just a hashtag, but now it’s grown into a brand. Tackling issues not only in the junior department, but now branching off into the mid-level hiring arena. I don’t just concept on how to make BB bigger. I'm also the content creator, writer, and community manager for all FCB Health social channels. I oversee a team of creatives that help me grow and maintain our brand—to untimely increase our followers, get more likes, and hire new talent.
